IX Engineer Command

My dad was a corporal in the 395th signal company attached to the ninth in Europe and was previously in N.Africa.If you have knowledge of this unit or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.His name was Richard Butler from Ohio.Thanks,Richard butler
